Capturing Peacocks in Monsoon...

Date: 10/08/2020

Place: Vadodara,Gujarat,India.

It's Evening and partly cloudy weather outside after half an hour of rain. So I decided to go outside and capture some shots after rain. Suddenly I recognized that there's a garden near my house and there are some peacocks. So I packed my gears and went there. Actually I'm observing their activity from the last 1 week to click perfect shots. I noted that peacocks came out from bushes between 5 to 6 pm.

As it's partly cloudy weather I used ISO-800, Aperture- f6.3, and Exposure time- 1/400. I captured these images with Manual mode although it's not moving object and exposure is ok and didn't need to change it often.

This is my personal favorite image. Just feel the voice of a peacock. When I'm clicking images suddenly slow rain starts and peacock starts shouting. Its a once in a lifetime experience.

Due to noises in the background, I'm unable to shoot a video but next time, I'll try to do so.
